Problem

Without a website, Mystic Muffin struggles to provide easy access to its menu, ordering options, and location details. This lack of online presence makes it harder for potential customers to discover and engage with the business, especially on mobile devices where convenience and speed are key.

Personas

Peter, 19
Peter is a university student who needs a quick and affordable meal on his way to campus. He looks for clear menus and fast mobile ordering.

Tony, 53
Tony is a hardworking father with a daily lunch routine. He values a dependable spot with easy online ordering, visible hours, and the option to grab food to bring home quickly.

Wanda, 29
Wanda is a busy mom of twin boys who doesn’t have time to cook every day. She needs a user-friendly website with clear information, food photos, and easy navigation so she can order quickly during her hectic schedule.
